All the villas, holiday homes, condos and apartments on the Private Homes & Villas website have been thoroughly inspected by one of our staff, usually including an overnight stay. Each property is assessed and categorised into one of our 4 collections: The Royal Collection, Premium Collection, Mid-Range Collection and Value Collection.


	Literally fit for any king or queen. These luxurious villas are the pinnacle of properties available for rent in our view – the ultimate place to stay, the retreats for the rich and famous. Uniqueness is key for these properties - stunning locations, panoramic vistas, outstanding architecture and interiors are typical for these villa experiences. All of these stunning villas are fully serviced and to an extremely high standard - expect as a minimum an experienced chef, full maid and butler service and a dedicated villa manager but invariably you will get much more. Most also have excellent security. To make our Royal Collection, a villa has to stand out; be consistently one of the best – professionally managed and to a standard that even a royal might enjoy. 	Our Premium Collection villas, holiday homes and apartments are outstanding. In our view these properties are a very high standard which would meet the needs of even the most discerning guest. Many have dedicated in-house employees to cater to your requirements (some charge extra for this). Staff generally include (but not always), a villa manager, maid, and chef. The villas have been carefully selected for their highest standards in design, decoration and location complimented with superior luxurious amenities, service and facilities which results in optimum privacy and luxury in a wonderful setting. 	Not the decadence or luxury of our Royal and Premium Collections but still excellent villas in our view. Each Midrange Collection property has been inspected and has been found to be an excellent rental holiday home, villa or apartment. Maybe not iconic or high end luxurious but still good standards of finish; good locations; good facilities and reliable management make these properties a great and memorable vacation stay. 	Looking for a great value holiday home or serviced apartment then the Value Collection maybe for you. The term villa maybe a little generous to describe these properties but following our inspection we feel they do offer a great holiday home experience. The finish may not be perfect, the location not the best, the amenities may not be top notch and the facilities may not be extensive but still the property offers a good around value option for those looking to spend a little less but still enjoy all the benefits of staying in a villa.
